Hello everyone

thank you for reading and following along. In this newsletter you will find out a little bit more about our special Easter products, how to order and our trading hours. Orders close this Sunday 13th April.

We are also releasing NEW COOKING CLASSES - see below for the pre-release of our Winter Series. There is still some availability in a couple of the Autumn Classes

And finally a quick look at what else is on throughout Autumn

EASTER SPECIALS

Pates, Terrines & Rillettes - they are back just for a limited time for your Easter platters and picnics. The Easter selection includes Duck & Mushroom Parfait, Mushroom Pate, Pork Rillettes, Salmon Rillettes and Terrine de Campagne

Fish Pies - have you ordered yours yet ? A classic Good Friday dish - made with white Basa fillets, smoked cod and salmon plus fresh herbs and a buttery potato top

Chicken Galantine - we are only preparing limited amounts. The galantine is a whole free range chicken - boned, stuffed with pork, leek & mushroom, rolled & poached. It is delicious, simple to heat, carve and serve.

Easter Pork Pie - available in 3 sizes and a wonderful addition to your Easter suppers or picnics. A traditional pork pie with apple, sage, mustard and a cider jelly.

Easter Sweet Treats - we have an incredible range of exquisite hand made sweets. Some of the Easter specials include Chocolate & Hazelnut Tart, Quince & Walnut Tart, Carrot Cake, Flourless Chocolate Cake, Chocolate, Cherry & Almond Tart, Rich Chocolate Sauce -plus all your other favourite sweet tarts.

Hot Cross Buns - these are everbody's favourite - a traditional bun with aromatic spices and plump Australian dried fruit

...and don't forget quiches and salads and large pies and cream and butter and tomato sauce and vinaigrette and pickles and cheese and all the other wonderful things for Autumn eating and Easter feasts.

NEW COOKING CLASSES

A delicious selection of classes for winter including savoury pastry, braising, pork pies and a sweet baking class ...

But if you don't want to wait until Winter these classes still have spaces available

Hot Cross Bun Class - a 2 hour hands on class Sat 12th April

The Autumn Class - a 3 hour 'little bit of everything' class Sat 26th April

What else is on ....

Well apart from poaching quinces, shaping buns, potting up chocolate sauce etc we are also in the midst of the Macedon Ranges Autumn Festival - for full festival details visit the website HERE.

We are also very proud to be involved in an exclusive day of garden tours to raise money for CERA - Centre for Eye Research Australia. We are providing a generous picnic buffet at Bolobek - which is one of the three featured gardens on the day. For more information VISIT CERA Date is Sunday 4th May.
