Fish Pies - have you ordered yours yet ? A classic Good Friday dish - made with white Basa fillets, smoked cod and salmon plus fresh herbs and a buttery potato top
Chicken Galantine - we are only preparing limited amounts. The galantine is a whole free range chicken - boned, stuffed with pork, leek & mushroom, rolled & poached. It is delicious, simple to heat, carve and serve.
Easter Pork Pie - available in 3 sizes and a wonderful addition to your Easter suppers or picnics. A traditional pork pie with apple, sage, mustard and a cider jelly.
Easter Sweet Treats - we have an incredible range of exquisite hand made sweets. Some of the Easter specials include Chocolate & Hazelnut Tart, Quince & Walnut Tart, Carrot Cake, Flourless Chocolate Cake, Chocolate, Cherry & Almond Tart, Rich Chocolate Sauce -plus all your other favourite sweet tarts.
Hot Cross Buns - these are everbody's favourite - a traditional bun with aromatic spices and plump Australian dried fruit
