This is just the best time of year for cooking and eating and sharing. We are very excited to release our Easter brochure, plus some new classes and all the important dates - but the BEST news is Hot Cross Buns start THIS WEEK ( and so do Fish Pies !!!)

Saturday 29th March - 2 hour Hot Cross Bun Making Cooking Class

1st week April - Parfait, Pate, Rillettes & Terrine are back for Easter

Saturday 5th April Woodend Farmers' Market 9am-1pm

Saturday 12th April - 2 hour Hot Cross Bun Making Cooking Class

Sunday 13th April - Easter orders close

Weds 16th-Sat 19th Order Pick Ups

COOKING CLASSES

Autumn is the best season for baking, preserving and stocking the pantry with wonderful things. We have a range of classes throughout Autumn with a focus on seasonal produce, pastry techniques, Hot Cross Bun making and pickling & preserving. And we still have a couple of places left in this weekend's .....

PORK PIES & CORNISH PASTIES

Saturday 22nd March 11am - 2pm $195

Featuring our famous hot water pastry, wooden pork pie dollies, hand crimping, official Cornish Pasty Association recipe and so much more. Class includes recipes, a traditional style Ploughman's lunch and delicious take home goods, plus lots of time for questions.
