COOKING CLASS UPDATE
We have spaces available in our Pickling & Preserving Class on Saturday 11th October. The class will includes tastings, recipes, a quick lunch and take home products. Recipes - tomato sauce, beetroot relish & a quick pickle plus lots of tips on hygiene and canning/bottling at home.
Will be released the first week of November. You will get the new schedule and all the links with our next newsletter.
PARFAIT, PATE & RILLETTES
In preparation for the silly season, our much loved Duck & Mushroom Parfait, Mushroom Pate & Pork Rillettes will be making a seasonal appearance from Wednesday 29th October until the end of December. Make the most of platter and picnic season and enjoy these special products while they're here

Well our fruit mince is made and resting, mellowing & maturing ready for your Christmas feasts.
We will send you more information once everything is on the website and open for orders. This will be in the first week of November - so you will hear everything in our next newsletter which will arrive a little early.
