Autumn Festival, a whole new cooking class series & a wonderful FREE event
It was so lovely to see so many of you at the Lost Trades Fair - what an incredible event ! And thank you for supporting us - we sold out of pork pies. And then came Easter ... that was pretty huge too ! Damian worked long days to make your favourite Hot Cross Buns - thank you for ordering and queueing and coming back when we sold out - and thank you for sharing them with your family & friends.
We are very excited to launch a new series of cooking classes - a wonderful collection of Saturday Morning British Sweet Baking Classes - plus your favourite Pork Pie & Cornish Pasty Classes - read on for more details.
We are also in the midst of the Autumn Festival Pie & Tart Trail. Our special pie for the trail is pictured above - it's a delicate sweet pastry tart case filled with spiced apple & plum and topped with a cute little pastry apple. It's ready to eat, but is also lovely warmed, served with icecream.
