Sausage Rolls - Christmas Fruit Pudding Tart

We normally make our sausage rolls in Spring - but we keep getting asked for them - so here they are as an early special. Everyone's favourite flaky pastry with pork, fennel & apple sausage. Delicious served with our home made tomato sauce.

You may not be a Christmas in July person - but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy this spiced fruit & nut Christmas Pudding Tart. You may also want to add lashings of Brandy Anglaise

ECCLES CAKES COOKING CLASS Sat 12th July 10.30-12.30

This 2 hour hands on class will have you making the finest rough puff pastry. We will also share with you our favourite Lancashire recipe for Eccles Cakes. Class will include discussions and recipes for other ways to use this beautiful, versatile pastry.
