There is quite a lot going on, so I'm just writing this, really so we remember everything. This newsletter is just our 'to-do list'.

THE AUTUMN CLASS

SHORT CRUST PASTRY, QUICHE, SALAD & DRESSING, A QUICK PICKLE & SWEET CROSTATA

Saturday 14th March 11am - 2pm $195

A wonderful seasonally inspired class with a range of recipes and skills. Learn how to make a classic autumn vegetable quiche - including our famous pastry recipe. An easy autumn veg slaw which uses a quick pickle and a free form sweet fruit crostata.

Class includes recipes, a quick lunch and delicious take home goods, plus lots of time for questions.

THE LOST TRADES FAIR

We are thrilled to be back at LTF 2026 this year - especially in its beautiful new location at Hanging Rock. Tickets are selling well and there are no tickets available at the gate so please make sure you book ahead. Lots more information on their website.

We will be there with our famous English style Pork Pies and pickles, plus Bakewell tart, local apples and bottled water - so come and say hi and pack a local picnic.

This is just the best time of year for cooking and eating and sharing. We are very excited to release our Easter brochure, plus some new classes and all the important dates - but the BEST news is Hot Cross Buns start THIS WEEK ( and so do Fish Pies !!!)
