A little look back ... and a few new things for 2025

Thank you all for your continued support throughout the year - as we approach our 15th year at Piper St Food Co - it feels strange to say that 2024 has been our hardest year in business. On the face of it 2024 was a great year - some months were even up on 2023 and we had a record day just before Christmas - but it has been a tricky one to navigate and we are very much looking forward to a new look 2025.

We had a lovely Christmas - we are very grateful for you all lining up for your Great Christmas Pork Pies - and mince pies (we hand made and sold over 2000)

We are closing soon for a break with our family - we are heading down to the Great Ocean Road for a week and can't wait to swim, read, eat and hang out with the kids.

Summer Recipes

While we're away - here are some of our favourite recipes for Summertime cooking - including pickles, pizza and a plum crostata.

COOKING CLASSES

Many of our classes for 2025 have already sold out.

The Summer Picnic Class has 2 places available

Sat 25th Jan 10am - 1pm $195

This class is a fun way to learn a little bit of everything. In this hands on class, you will learn to make pastry and create a delicious ‘picnic pie’. Also included in this class; a seasonal salad, a dressing and a quick pickle. And we will also make a perfect picnic sweet treat.

All of this will then be packed up like a proper picnic for you to enjoy where your please.

Class includes recipes and a packed picnic lunch & drink.
