Welcome to My Teen Cooks

We're so excited to finally share something we've been working on!

Over the past year, we've been developing a four-part course designed to teach your teens how to cook.

As many of you know, we have five children ourselves, all Gen Z, aged between 15 and 23.

So we get it. We know how busy life can be, and how often you hear the question, "What's for dinner?"

While some days can feel repetitive or stressful, it's worth remembering just how quickly these teenage years fly by. It's important to make the most of the time you have together, create good memories, and hopefully build some lifelong skills and habits along the way.

Most parents want their teens to leave home feeling confident and capable — able to budget, plan meals, cook for themselves, and take care of their everyday needs.

We've developed a practical system that not only teaches teens how to cook, but also helps make mealtimes enjoyable again by sharing the load. Mealtimes should be a chance to connect, create memories, and enjoy being together — not a source of stress, rushing, or last-minute shortcuts.

An online version of this course will be available within the next 12 months. In the meantime, here's how you can get involved and follow along.

We hope you're as excited as we are - we look forward to sharing more as we launch & develop

Thanks Bryanna & Damian
