Hope you're all enjoying the warm weather ... apart from the obvious overwhelming need for rain! We had a lovely break with a couple of week's off in January - but we're happy to be back and look forward to sharing with you all the wonderful things we have coming up-

SUMMER SPECIALS

This month we will be using some of our apricot harvest and making a delicious apricot, custard, crumble tart.

Our summer quiche special is Tomato, Ricotta & Basil.

And we can't wait for you to try our new Summer Salads.

EASTER SPECIALS - Our Easter products will be available throughout March. This includes Fish Pies, Easter Pork Pies, Pates & Terrines plus some beautiful sweet tarts and ... Hot Cross Buns. More information will be sent at the start of March

LOST TRADES FAIR returns to the Macedon Ranges at its new home Hanging Rock. Dates are March 28th & 29th and we will be there with our famous Pork Pies. For more information and tickets go to LTF

KITCHEN POSITION

We have casual kitchen position/s available. Role includes food prep, pastry work, cleaning, and cooking.

Hours to be filled are Tuesday - Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm

No weekends, no nights. Previous experience helpful but we can offer on the job training where required.

Would suit a gap year student or could work around university study too.

Award rates and great morning tea on offer
